200 Clinton Ave.
The low-rise structure at 200 Clinton Avenue is a former turn of the century industrial building located in downtown Toronto. The unique building was previously occupied by gold, clothing and utility metre manufacturers. In order to integrate with the surrounding area the existing brick and exposed wood interiors were maintained to create large open concepts spaces. Future owners were encouraged to participate in final layouts and finishes in order to reflect the vibrancy of the community.
